INDOOR CYCLING

THE CLASS

Our rhythm-based indoor cycling classes combine performance training with motivating music and intentional coaching. Each ride blends endurance, intervals, and strength to challenge your cardiovascular system while building muscular stamina.

DESERT: Cycling newcomers or anyone who simply enjoys indoor cycling. A blend of speed and resistance challenges. 50 minutes.

STONE: Mid-experienced cyclist. Conquer climb sets with low-impact HIIT intervals that will push you to your limits! 50 minutes.

PALM: All cycling levels. Signature high-energy, group synced dance and ride session. Expect a playlist packed with high-tempo, club-ready hits! 50 minutes.

STRENGTH: Cycle + Strength offers the perfect blend of floor strength exercises with a 10-15 minute cycle finisher. Our instructors will be with you every step of the way, ensuring proper form and providing support throughout these off and on-the-bike segments. 60 minutes.

Indoor cycling is one of the most effective ways to improve heart health, burn calories, and build lower-body strength — all while being low impact on the joints. Riders leave energized, mentally clear, and stronger with every session.

STRENGTH

The Class

Our classes focus on controlled, functional movements using free weights and bodyweight exercises to build strength, stability, and muscular balance. Classes may include a 10-15 minute cycle finisher.

Strength training increases lean muscle mass, supports metabolism, improves bone density, and enhances everyday movement. Members gain confidence, resilience, and a stronger foundation for lifelong health.

Mobility

The Class

Mobility sessions focus on restoring joint health, flexibility, and movement quality through guided stretching, mobility drills, and controlled movement patterns.

Improved mobility reduces injury risk, relieves muscular tension, and enhances athletic performance. Members move more freely, recover faster, and maintain a body that feels strong and capable.
