Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session so our team may check you in and provide an overview of the cold plunge process. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, kindly inform our team so we can make any necessary accommodations.
During Plunge
Cold plunge therapy sessions last 15 minutes, beginning with a brief introduction and guided breathing exercises to prepare your body. You will gradually immerse yourself in the cold water – wearing a swimsuit or undergarments of your choice for a maximum of 4 minutes. The temperature in the tank will be between 40-50°F. Expect an initial shock as your body adjusts to the temperature, followed by a sense of calm and rejuvenation as you continue.
If you prefer, an OASIS team member can be present throughout the session to provide support and ensure a safe and beneficial experience.
Post Plunge
After your session, you will have the option to dry off with a towel or heated robe. Be sure to bring an extra set of warm, dry clothes to comfortably aid your temperature reset if you’d like. We recommend light stretching and deep breathing to while your body adjusts back to normal temperatures. Visit the front desk on your way out to learn about any seasonal offers.

A signed waiver must be on file before your session can begin. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth check-in process and maximum time in the cold plunge. Remain clothed throughout your experience.
